Join forces with us this summer and help us continue to fulfill our mission of uniting cats and dogs to loving homes!
All through June, we'll need your help raising $15,000 in both in-kind and monetary donations combined. Our intention is to raise funds for items our various departments have been in need of for a very long time but haven't been able to afford. Things like canopies for our feral cat yard, dog carts to transport our bigger dogs, better camera equipment to feature our animals, and so much more would make a significant impact in our continued care of our shelter animals.

**From puppywarmer.com, our cat care supervisor would love and appreciate 2 pro-series oxygen tank and one of each: an 18x18 puppy incubator and an 18x24 puppy incubator. These items will be used to care for sick kittens and cats and would make a significant impact towards their health and recovery times.
SUPER ADOPTION
Super Adoption is an event in which Valley Animal Center joins forces with local shelters and rescues to complete as many adoptions as possible in one day.

This year's theme is 70's superheroes, so 70 adoptions sounded like a good number to aim for our animal shelter staff.

There are many needs in a shelter like ours
and the needs can vary based on the quantity and type of pets in our care. We also have special needs, which aren't required often but, oftentimes, the public doesn't even realize the strong need for them. That's what this wishlist is for.

I'm excited for the month of June!
As a recent staff hire, this will be my first summer with Valley Animal Center, and I'm pumped to see all the adoptions that will occur in June. I'm also looking forward to seeing our June fundraising goal succeed.

ABOUT VALLEY ANIMAL CENTER
Located in Fresno, CA, Valley Animal Center serves the locale regions of the Central Valley. Upon entering our shelter, cats are tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia. Both dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and administered any additional medical care as needed. Even those once considered un-adoptable due to their medical conditions or disabilities have been rehabilitated and ultimately adopted into loving families. With the mission of uniting every cat and dog with a loving home, we utilize the resources, donations, and support from our community to fulfilling that mission.
