Meet Nala! Nala is an 8-year-old Staffordshire Terrier that was adopted back in 2021 but was returned back into our care. She isn't too fond of other dogs, but she is a great dog who loves human affection. If you're looking for a couch potato who still loves a long walk in the park, please choose Nala. Seniors deserve a quiet life outside of the shelter setting, and we hope her adorable face will stand out to you!

Balthazar is a sweet Chihuahua mix who came to us as an owner surrender. He's still at a great age to learn and grow with the right training!
While he's not considered dog-aggressive, Balthazar prefers his personal space. He would thrive in a home as the only dog, but with slow introductions, he may get along with another dog. As for cats, we haven't tested him yet, but we're happy to do so for interested adopters!

This handsome boy has warmed up to the idea of safety and love, and now he's ready to share his big heart with a forever family. From his boisterous meows to his playful antics, Shaun is full of personality. You'll often find him exploring our shelves or lounging in our catio, soaking in the sunshine, and watching the world go by. Shaun adores being pampered and doted on. He's a firm believer in the power of cuddles and would happily spend all day snuggling up with you. While he gets along well with other feline friends, he thrives when he's the star of the show. Just be prepared for a touch of jealousy if other cats steal his spotlight!

She's the perfect lap kitty, ready to soak up all the love you can give. While she gets along with other cats, she prefers to be the sole apple of your eye.

Bee-Yonsay arrived in our care at the end of February with her 4 kittens, transferred from another rescue. From the beginning, she was fiercely protective of her babies, showing signs of minimal human socialization and trust issues. While she may seem defensive initially, especially with unfamiliar faces, Bee-Yonsay is slowly learning to build confidence and trust. We recommend a patient and loving owner who understands her fear-based behavior and can provide a calm and nurturing environment where she can flourish. Despite her rough start, Bee-Yonsay has a sweet side waiting to shine through.
