Mobile Adoption Events

In 2010, Valley Animal Center received a generous donation to fund the purchase of an adoption trailer which was named M.A.R.C. (Mobile Adoption and Rescue Caboose). This temperature controlled trailer with over a dozen kennels, allows Valley Animal Center to bring some of our adoptables out into the community for more exposure and additional opportunities to find their forever homes.

M.A.R.C. Event Schedule

M.A.R.C.  goes out to events throughout our community during the cooler months of the year.  Here are the dates and locations where you can find our mobile adoption unit with adoptables looking for their forever homes.

September 1st – Fresno Grizzlies Bark in the Park Game*

September 14th – Fresno Lexus PAWS and CARS Event

September 21st – River Park Farmer’s Market

October 5th – The Block Party Adoption Event at PetsMart River Park

October 5th – Old Town Clovis Wine Walk*

October 12th – Fig Garden Fall Fest

October 19th – River Park Farmer’s Market

October 26th & 27th – Clovis Fest

November 16th – River Park Farmer’s Market

December 14th – River Park Farmer’s Market

December 21st – River Park Farmer’s Market

*Adoptions are never completed at events where alcoholic beverages are being consumed. Adoptables are available to view and potential adopters may complete pre-adoption applications at the event.
